Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

We accept order payment with MasterCard, Visa or AmericanExpress. We do not accept Diner's Club, and cannot accept other payment forms through the website at this time.

Order Verification:
Some orders may require verification. In order to protect our customers from credit card fraud or identity theft. This process usually will not cause any delay to your order, and generally requires either a simple call-back or a fax.
If we need to verify your order, we will contact you by phone or e-mail. Therefore, please leave both day and home phone numbers when you place your order, and keep your information current.
The billing address you give us must match the address that your credit-card issuing bank has on file. Please be sure you provide the correct information, even if the items are to be shipped to a different location. This will help us process your order in the smoothest possible way.

We make every attempt to stay current with manufacturer rebates and rebate information on our site.
We are not responsible for late or incorrect attempts to redeem a rebate or any other reason a rebate is not redeemed or redeemable.
Please be careful to obtain, read and follow any manufacturer rebate guidelines necessary in order to receive your rebate. In order to assure that your rebate request will be honored, you may need to submit the serial number and UPC code (bar code) of your product as proof of purchase. These are located on the manufacturer's box so make sure not to discard this when unpacking your product. Please read your rebate form carefully and take note of all necessary requirements.
Important: Once a rebate has been submitted for a product and/or the UPC code is missing from the box, the item cannot be returned to us any longer. We are Not A Denon OR A Pioneer Authorized Dealer. That means that they will not honor the standard manufactured warranty.

We ship via UPS, with delivery. Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight, value, and destination of your merchandise. All deliveries are double-boxed and insured for your convenience.

Delivery charges are not refundable. If an order with free shipping promotion is returned, UPS and delivery charges would be deducted from the refund amount of the return.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times
UPS - United Parcel Service:
Our standard shipping method within the continental USA, except Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, is UPS, which takes about 3-7 Business days delivery from shipping date.
Other options include UPS 2 Day service, 2 Business days delivery, UPS Next Day service and 1 Business day delivery.

Shipping costs may differ for packages shipped Internationally and outside of the continental USA. will contact you with the exact shipping costs after you place your order.

A signature is required for all UPS shipments upon receipt.
UPS will NOT deliver to PO Boxes (can only be shipped via US Postal Service)
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico can only be shipped via UPS 2 Day or UPS Next Day, or via UPS 3 Day service. (Please allow up to 3 Business days for delivery.)

All ordersusually take 24-72 business hours before they are shipped.

For same day shipping, you must contact us by phone at 1-877-248-4138 to ensure that you product can be shipped out the same day.

Please note that ground shipping orders takes 2-4 business days to be processed.

Truck Delivery:
Some overweight or oversized items can only be shipped by truck/air freight. Please allow 5-8 days for delivery to 48 states. The states of Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico can anticipate 10-14 days for delivery. Additional charges may apply in these cases, and we will let you know about those charges so that you can approve them before they are applied.

Returns for: Exchanges & Refunds

Returns are accepted for 7 days from the date the merchandise is delivered to you.
All returned merchandise must be unregistered, in complete original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all included accessories, manuals, documentation and blank warranty cards.

Please note that we do not accept returns on the following items:
Printers once ink cartridges are installed.
TVs, Projectors, Computers, Combos, and Monitors 25" and larger.
Blister-packed items once opened (unless it is defective).
Original manufacturer computers, computer products, software once opened.
Special Order merchandise that can't be returned to our suppliers.
All consumables, including but not limited to recordable media, film, digital memory, tapes, batteries, paper, chemicals, ink, bulbs, CD/DVDs, etc.We don’t accept any returns on cables is not responsible for personal information or items left in returned products.

All returns are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 15%.
· If an order is cancelled prior to shipment of merchandise or 48 hours from time of placement, whichever is shorter.
· If product is materially different than represented or how it will perform.
· If product represented to be materially different as to the cost of the product or cost of shipping, handling or insurance.
Please inspect your delivery carefully. Any claims for damaged or missing items must be received within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise. UPS and USPS Claims (lost and stolen packages) can take up to 2-3 weeks.

Refunds will be issued within 4-7 Business Days from time of Return merchandise.

All returns must be received within 10 days from the date the RMA is issued. Returns received after that may not be accepted or may be subject to additional processing fee.


Return & Exchange policy


All returns must be authorized by a manager, any customer requesting a RMA# must contact our returns department within 7 days upon delivery. All merchandise being returned, must be in original manufacturer’s packaging (serial numbers must be matched). All returns are subject to a minimum of a 15% restocking fee depending on the value of the order. Any orders being returned without a RMA#, will automatically be refused by our company, due to the fact we would not know which department to forward the shipment too, or what the shipment contains, and whom to refund.  


Cancellations of orders


We do NOT accept cancellations via e-mail. Any order placed but not shipped or billed, must be canceled by phone If you request to cancel an order that has been shipped, you will be responsible for all the shipping fee’s back and forth & restocking fee’s, even if you refuse the package and we obtain no signature. If an order was processed and charged and the cardholder decides he/she wants to cancel the order there will be a minimum of 15% cancellation fee.
Canceling an order
In order to cancel your order you must contact customer service during their hours of operation which are 10am-5pm EST time in order to obtain a confirmation cancellation number which you will pay a 5% cancellation fee. NOEXCEPTIONS. Orders can not be cancelled once they have been shipped out and are in transit to you. All cancellation requests must be processed over the phone with our representative prior to shipment. Cancellation requests sent through email or voice mail are not sufficient for canceling an order. Any package shipped out and refused may be subject to a 20 % REFUSAL fee and non refundable shipping charges.


Shipping Policies does not ship on weekends. Due to our shipping company policy, we do not ship to a P.O. Box. Our shipping & handling prices varies on weight and on the amount on your order. Some shipments will require additional shipping & handling insurance charges, every shipment will require “adult signature”. Shipments must be fully inspected for physical damages prior to signature. Any damaged merchandise can be returned at no extra cost for an exchange ONLY, damaged shipments usually take 7-10 business days to be resolved with the freight services, once resolved, we will ship out the replacement on an expedited shipping method at no extra cost to you. This policy applies to lost packages as well.


Delivery charges are not refundable. If an order with free shipping promotion is returned, UPS and delivery charges would be deducted from the refund amount of the return. prices are determined by the cost of the product when purchased from our distributor. Due to fluctuating wholesale costs from our distributors prices may vary daily. 3 offers the lowest current price possible. We cannot offer price protection since our distributors do not offer it to us. There will be no price adjustments given once your order has been billed. This is the only way we can ensure that we give our customers the best price possible.
